1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be returned with all original tags and accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • For in-store returns, the original receipt must be presented.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at info@beautecollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Once approved, you will be required to send the item back to our return address.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • If the returned item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items.
  • Incorrect products received.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention that you prefer an exchange.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used or damaged due to customer mishandling.
