All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or discontinue any item at any time without notice. 4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as made available.
5. Order Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed via phone call the same day the order is placed. If not confirmed on the first call, our team will attempt 2 more times - if an order goes unconfirmed via phone call, it will be cancelled on our end and customers will have to place another order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Delays caused by third-party shipping services are beyond our control.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Certain products, such as sale items or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
