1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available in select cities at an additional cost).
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 300 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 6,500 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery attempts will be made.
  • If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, address modifications cannot be made.
